Anonymous Judges Review
Projects are reviewed without identifying details to ensure fairness and neutrality.
Official guidance for preparing NURAI 2026 projects nominated for scientific publication through NURAI Journal and Al-Ayen Iraqi University proceedings.
During the main judging stage, the submitted project file must be fully anonymous and must not include author names, team names, university names, or logos identifying affiliation. After the project is recommended by the judges, publication requirements and scientific review are completed by the Higher Publication Committee.
The main judges will nominate the strongest NURAI 2026 projects for scientific publication in NURAI Journal and Al-Ayen Iraqi University Proceedings. NURAI Journal will also be issued in both printed and electronic formats for outstanding projects after evaluation and scientific verification stages.

Figures must be clear and high-quality; captions should be placed below figures with sequential numbering.
Long equations should be centered on separate lines, numbered sequentially, and referenced in the text.

I removed author, team, university names, and logos from the first judging version.
I followed page limits, fonts, tables, figures, and references requirements.
