Important Notice Before Submission

During the main judging stage, the submitted project file must be fully anonymous and must not include author names, team names, university names, or logos identifying affiliation. After the project is recommended by the judges, publication requirements and scientific review are completed by the Higher Publication Committee.

Main Requirements for Preparing the Manuscript / Project

  • Use A4 page size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides, with a maximum of six pages.
  • Use Times New Roman throughout the file and follow the title, body, and table font sizes specified in the template.
  • The file should include title, abstract, and keywords in English, plus Arabic title, abstract, and keywords.
  • Select accurate keywords, not more than five, that represent the real content of the project.

Tables must be editable, not images, with a clear caption above the table and sequential numbering.

Long equations should be centered on separate lines, numbered sequentially, and referenced in the text.

Scientific Integrity and Publication Ethics

  • Do not submit the manuscript to more than one publication venue at the same time.
  • The work must not have been previously published in whole or in part unless transparently disclosed according to rules.
  • Do not fabricate data or manipulate images/results in a way that misleads conclusions.
  • Properly acknowledge others’ work and avoid plagiarism or undocumented paraphrasing.
  • Include a conflict-of-interest statement, or declare that there are no conflicts of interest.
